Spay & Neuter Voucher Assistance Program

Our Spay and Neuter Voucher Assistance Program is designed to assist low-income families in obtaining veterinary services for their pets. This initiative is funded by the City of Douglas and Converse County. The vouchers provide $50.00 for neutering and $100.00 for spaying. To determine your eligibility, please refer to our eligibility chart.

To apply, complete the application and submit it along with proof of income to lphsdirector@gmail.com. Applications can also be collected and submitted in person at our facility located at 612 North 2nd St.
